Challenge: V is for Vinyl Viridian

Here it is. Horribly late and with some ugly tip wear, but its here. Vinyl Viridian from Orly is matte but its odd. It didn't dry matte; it dried satiny. So because I couldn't stand my nails looking greasy, I layered LA Girl  Rock Star in Crowd Surfing over it. Green shimmer and green/yellow duo-color flaky goodness made this manicure go from 'Meh'  to 'Oooh'.
