Challenge: U is for Underwater

This polish is quite pretty. Underwater by Essence is a dark, murky blue with hidden blue glitter? Shimmer? No idea but you can definitely tell its there in certain angles. I took this off pretty quickly despite the fact that I DO like it. I just wasn't feeling the moody blue that day. Im wondering if I got a bad bottle or if the other bottle I own from Essence that bears the same name is the 'bad bottle'. The other bottle is a bright aqua-teal. Hmm... Onward to letter 'T'!
